Our Instructions on Ancient Yog are based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita which have remained a guarded secret of the select few. Though Bhagavad Gita is an open book available in the market and can be had for the mere asking; yet its teachings are shrouded in mystical language and technicalities that even the so-called great scholars in the Sanskrit language cannot understand.
